Brian is the third generation of builders in the Harlan Corp. He is a graduate of Malvern Prep and Susquehanna University, Sigmund Weiss School of Business. While building custom homes, track developments, developing raw ground and offering licensed real estate brokerage services in 6 counties and three different states, PA, NJ and MD, Brian continues to work closely with each individual buyer and provide full time onsite supervision for each of his jobs.

Brian and his wife Meredith live in Chadds Ford with their three children.
